In recent years, there has been a growing concern about the effectiveness of changes driven by technological innovation and sustainability. The first edition of ISO/TS 10022: Quality management systems – Organizational change management – Processes describes processes for organizational change management (OCM). The aim of this study was to evaluate the ISO/TS 10020: 2022 standard suitability for testing laboratories certified according to ISO 17025. The standard was evaluated in the process of implementing a computerized quality management system for technological platforms at a research institution. The conclusion is that in addition to the ISO/TS 10020:2022 standard, more tools are needed to establish a culture of change in organizations.
