Resumo:
O Banco Vitória-régia foi o último protótipo de mobiliário urbano desenvolvido durante pesquisa em nível de Iniciação Científica. Empregamos o subproduto costaneira na formação dos assentos do banco e também madeira serrada na estrutura dos pés. Visto que em estudos iniciais confirmamos a possibilidade de formação de faces, nesse modelo focamos em como formá-las. Para tal, cada uma das três faces que formam os assentos (união de quatro peças de costaneira) foram concebidas de maneiras diferentes visando compreender melhor as etapas construtivas e também as limitações da matéria-prima. Na primeira face, unimos as peças utilizando cavilhas passantes, na segunda almas alternadas e na terceira face uma combinação entre alma passante e cavilhas. Essa proposta se mostrou interessante, pois durante o processo produtivo coletamos dados a respeito do tempo despendido nas máquinas/operações, a quantidade de resíduo produzido, esses dados foram tabulados e gerados gráficos que evidenciaram os pontos positivos e os pontos negativos no processo de produção do protótipo.
Resumo:
Banco Vitória-régia was the last prototype of urban furniture developed during research at the level of Scientific Initiation. We use the coastal by-product in the formation of the bench seats and also sawn wood in the structure of the feet. Since in initial studies we confirmed the possibility of forming faces, in this model we focus on how to form them. To this end, each of the three faces that make up the seats (union of four coastal pieces) were designed in different ways to better understand the construction stages and also the limitations of the raw material. On the first face, we join the pieces using through pins, on the second alternating souls and on the third face a combination of through core and pins. This proposal proved to be interesting, because during the production process we collected data about the time spent in the machines / operations, the amount of waste produced, these data were tabulated and graphs were generated that showed the positive and negative points in the production process of the prototype.
