"This article presents a bibliometric analysis of the scientific production related to the harvesting of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.), a plant of global economic importance due to its production of palm oil. The research covers studies published in the Scopus database, focusing on identifying trends, collaboration patterns among authors and institutions, and recurring themes. The analysis reveals a significant increase in the number of publications in recent years, indicating growing academic and industrial interest in the topic. The results highlight the leading countries and institutions in this research area. The study concludes that more integrated and collaborative research is needed to address the challenges associated with the sustainability and efficiency of oil palm harvesting."
