BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS ON THE ADVANCEMENT OF WEED CONTROL METHODS

Santana, Rafael Pereira de ; Souza, Lucas Rocha ; Figliuolo, Saulo Queiroz ; Beal, Valter Estevão ;

Full Article:

"Weed control methods are essential for agriculture and the management ofnatural and cultivated areas, with a vast amount of literature available on this topic.Consequently, the use of scientometric tools can offer valuable insights to portray andanalyze research gaps and trends, contributing to the updating of scientific datasetsand the advancement of knowledge in this specific area. In this context, this workconducts a bibliometric review focused on weed control methods. The Web of Scienceand Scopus databases were used to select relevant documents, while the Bibliometrixsoftware was employed to conduct the bibliometric investigation. The results of thisstudy aim to highlight the most prominent research areas."
