BIOSSURFACTANTE PRODUZIDO PELA LEVEDURA Candida utilis: PRODUÇÃO E ISOLAMENTO

Este trabalho objetivou produzir e isolar o biossurfactante a partir da levedura Candida utilis. Foi medida a tensão superficial e interfacial, calculado o E24 e estudado vários métodos de extração, obtendo-se, respectivamente, 35,33±0,19, 2,53±0,02 mN.m-1 e 37,04±0,00% com o óleo de girassol. Já os rendimentos variaram de 13,1 a 48,2 g.L-1 , concluindo-se que o biossurfactante produzido apresenta boa capacidade de redução da tensão superficial e interfacial, podendo ser utilizado em diversos sistemas para solubilização de substratos hidrofóbicos
