COLLABORATIVE LEARNING PRACTICES AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE

"Global transformation brings significant challenges to organizations, which require new strategies to improve performance and generate innovation. This study, through a literature review, investigated how collaborative learning can contribute to organizational performance. Grounded in socio-constructivist principles, collaborative learning promotes collective problem-solving, helping organizations face complex challenges. The study identifies eight learning practices successful. It concludes that promoting an organizational learning climate and leadership training influence the success of these practices, contributing to the improvement of individual and organizational performance."
