": This article compares the constructability of Special Works of Art (OAE’s)using 3D concrete printing (3DCP) and precast concrete with the traditional in-situcast concrete system. According to the National Department of TransportInfrastructure - DNIT (2015), bridges, railway viaducts, overpasses, underpasses,and walkways, designed in reinforced, prestressed concrete, metal, or a combinationof these, are classified as OAE's. A case study on the Bom Juá Viaduct in Salvadorexamines the construction process, comparing equipment, transportation, fabricationtime, labor, and costs for different methods. The results highlight that 3DCPtechnology reduces labor and time but faces implementation challenges in Brazil."
