"As the concept of sustainable development spread throughoutsociety, so the term “sustainability” gained emphasis and companies startedtrying to align their practices with the challenge of sustainable development,creating a management model representing corporate sustainability, forwhich the implementation passes through the organizational culture. Theobjective of the present study was to provide a conceptual understanding ofthe corporate sustainability culture such that its adoption can be potentized.The methodology adopted was a systemized literature review of the CAPESPeriodical data base. The results made it evident that the term corporatesustainability culture is recent, with limited publications."
