"As the concept of sustainable development spread throughout society, so the term “sustainability” gained emphasis and companies started trying to align their practices with the challenge of sustainable development, creating a management model representing corporate sustainability, for which the implementation passes through the organizational culture. The objective of the present study was to provide a conceptual understanding of the corporate sustainability culture such that its adoption can be potentized. The methodology adopted was a systemized literature review of the CAPES Periodical data base. The results made it evident that the term corporate sustainability culture is recent, with limited publications."
