"In crisis situations, interpersonal relationships dynamics are accompaniedby change processes that triggers primary and secondary emotional aspects, whichcould lead into mental disorders if managers and organizations do not monitor themproperly. This study aims to demonstrate how the Covid-19 crisis triggered emotionalprocesses in workers at a public institution during a period of social isolation. Aqualitative study of 123 testimonials from the Quarantine Stories project wasconducted using inductive analysis, with 86 of them describing emotional processesexperienced during the COVID-19 pandemic and social isolation."
