INFORMATIONAL ERGONOMICS AND HEALTH: A CONTRIBUTION TO THE STUDY OF DIABETES

O presente artigo é uma pesquisa que analisa materiais educativos na área da promoção da saúde e a percepção de usuários quanto às informações relativas à diabetes. Para proceder a pesquisa foi iniciado um estudo com pacientes, através de entrevistas para elaboração de personas e um questionário online para a criação de perfis que facilitarão a produção de mídias informativas. A conclusão dessa etapa, aqui apresentada, fomentará uma pesquisa mais ampla, em andamento.

This article is a study related to the analysis of educational materials for health promotion, concerning the perception of diabetes information. To conduct the research a study was initiated through interviews with patients that led to an online questionnaire creating profiles that should facilitate the production of informational media. The conclusion of this stage, presented here, foster a broader investigation in progress.
