GESTÃO DE PORTFÓLIO DE PRODUTOS E ECODESIGN: UMA PROPOSTA DE INTEGRAÇÃO

Apesar de existirem muitos trabalhos sobre gestão de portfólio de produto (GPP) e ecodesign, são poucas as investigações que analisam estas áreas de maneira integrada. Além disso, a literatura recente em gestão de projetos, desenvolvimento de novos produtos e sustentabilidade ambiental tem indicado a necessidade em se ampliarem os estudos que relacionem estas áreas. Esse artigo visa propor um framework teórico integrando métodos e ferramentas provenientes do ecodesign na gestão de portfólio, durante o pré-desenvolvimento de produtos. Como procedimento para se atingir esse objetivo, foi realizada uma análise sistemática da literatura. O framework desenvolvido e apresentado neste estudo propõe um conjunto de práticas associadas às dimensões Guias, Métodos e Ferramentas, Organização e Estratégia para a integração do ecodesign na GPP. Entende-se que os resultados deste artigo podem influenciar o desempenho ambiental e de desenvolvimento de novos produtos, assim como guiar interessados em aplicar práticas do ecodesign ainda na no momento de tomada de decisão em portfólio de produtos.
