INFORMATION DESIGN FOR DRUGS: considerations on the use of instructional video of an asthma inhaler

This research addresses the papers and articles discussed in the course Medicines for Patients: contributions of information design, taught by Dr. Karel van der Waarde and Carla G. Spinillo at the Federal University of Paraná, in February 2012, and also presented at the Instructional Design course, taught by Dr. Carla G. Spinillo at the Federal University of Paraná, in 2012. Begins by discussing the experience and user interaction with the drug, the relationship of identification; typographical issues and the use of color, design information in the inserts of medicine and debate the Universal Design and its current understanding, pointing to future technological developments in health products . Finishes bringing a test applying visuals (multimedia) for instructions on medicines. Aims to identify the positive and negative aspects in multimedia resources providing preliminary information regarding the use of a hypermedia tool.
