This work represents a research project that has been going on for the past three years. It has been carried out in the classroom with undergraduate students. The subject matter deals with image and representation. One of the specific goals here is to examine the relationship between image and language by exchanging parts of an image composite as if they were “words” of a verbal utterance in order to check the change in the meaning of that specific visual message.
