OPEN SOURCE APPLICATION FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Due to the highly competitive industry exists in software development and the quest for increasing product quality, project managers are required to adopt postures increasingly linked to meeting quality requirements and desires of its customers. The work aims to assist project developers in the management and improvement in its processes, in order to bring higher quality, making them capable of being more competitive. For this, we constructed a user-friendly web application for management of the entire process of developing a project, providing quality into the process. In this context, were incorporated into the tool project management practices that help managers and employees to meet particular needs and constraints and are still considered and specific features that the whole process needs.
