Com a publicação da Resolução CONAMA 490/2018, foi estabelecida a Fase P8 do PROCONVE de exigências do Programa de Controle da Poluição do Ar por Veículos Automotores e com a resolução CNPE (Conselho Nacional de Política Energética) 16/2018 estabelecida e deu previsibilidade aos fabricantes de motores e veículos que no dia 01/03/2023 teríamos em nosso mercado o B15 (15% Biodiesel (FAME, éster metílico de ácido graxo) em Diesel), ou seja, na vida real teríamos o PROCONVE P8 com B15. Actualmente existe muita pressão para aumentar o teor de Biodiesel no Diesel comercial, B20, B25, ... motivada por diversas razões, económicas, redução da emissão de CO2 fóssil, etc. os níveis brutos de NOx dos motores, reduzem as emissões de material particulado por peso, podem causar uma redução na vida útil (prazo de validade) do combustível, uma redução na vida útil do combustível. filtros e filtros de combustível, óleo lubrificante, catalisadores (DOC, DPF, SCR e ASC), etc. Portanto, os grandes desafios serão: - como garantir emissões por 7 anos ou 700 mil km- como garantir depósitos de ureia em sistemas de pós-tratamento dentro de limites aceitáveis?- - como garantir na vida real a qualidade do diesel rodoviário comercial brasileiro (Bx)?

On November 16, 2018, with the publication of CONAMA Resolution nº 490/2018, the PROCONVE P8 Phase of requirements of the Air Pollution Control Program by Motor Vehicles – PROCONVE was established for the control of emissions of polluting gases and noise for motor vehicles. new heavy trucks for road use and took other measures and with the resolution CNPE (National Energy Policy Council) nº 16/2018 of 11/08/2018 established and gave predictability to engine and vehicle manufacturers that on 03/01/2023 we would have in our market the B15 (15% Biodiesel (FAME, fatty acid methyl ester) in Diesel), that is, in real life we would have PROCONVE P8 with B15. Currently there is a lot of pressure to increase the Biodiesel content in commercial Diesel, B20, B25, ... motivated by various reasons, economic, reduction of fossil CO2 emission, etc. As it is technically known that increasing the Biodiesel content will increase the gross NOx levels of the engines, reduce emissions of Particulate Matter by weight, may cause a reduction in the life (shelf life) of the fuel, a reduction in the useful life of the fuel. fuel filters and filters, lubricating oil, catalysts (DOC, DPF, SCR and ASC), etc. Therefore, the big challenges will be:- how to guarantee emissions for 7 years or 700.000 km?
