"Projetar espaços urbanos confortáveis envolve a interação complexa de diversos fatores. Esteprocesso vai além da estética, abordando aspectos como iluminação, infraestrutura, vegetação,acústica e outros elementos. O objetivo deste estudo é avaliar as percepções dos usuários em relaçãoà paisagem sonora e à ergonomia. A metodologia adotada seguiu uma abordagem qualitativa,consistindo na aplicação de questionários aos frequentadores do espaço. Com base nos resultadosobtidos – 3,26 e 2,94 (incômodo e tranquilidade, respectivamente), tendo como neutralidade o valor 3– foi possível observar que o conforto ambiental é considerado agradável pelos usuários, com poucavariação nas respostas obtidas para este aspecto."

"Designing comfortable urban spaces involves the intricate interaction of various factors. This processgoes beyond mere aesthetics, delving into considerations of lighting, infrastructure, vegetation,acoustics, and various other elements. The aim of this study is to assess users' perceptions regardingthe sound landscape and ergonomics. The methodology adopted employed a qualitative approach, withthe administration of questionnaires to space users. Based on the obtained results: 3.26 and 2.94(discomfort and tranquility respectively), with a neutrality value of 3, it was possible to observe thatenvironmental comfort is considered pleasant by users, with little variation in the responses obtained forthis aspect."
