A falta de sincronismo entre as habilidades exigidas pelo mercado de trabalho e aquelas desenvolvidas durante a formação da educação profissional tem sido objeto de estudo de muitos pesquisadores, já que a integração entre as organizações e as instituições de ensino é necessária para aumentar o índice de empregabilidade. O objetivo desse estudo é analisar a inserção dos egressos do ensino técnico subsequente, identificando as habilidades desenvolvidas durante o curso de logística por meio da aplicação de questionários. Os resultados principais mostram que poucos egressos desenvolveram algumas das habilidades relevantes para exercício da função. Espera-se com este estudo que a formação dada pelo ensino técnico subsequente percorra em sincronia com as demandas do mercado de trabalho.

The lack of synchronism between the skills required by the labor market and those developed during the formation of vocational education has been studied by many researchers, since the integration between organizations and educational institutions is necessary to increase the employability index. The objective of this study is to analyze the insertion of graduates of technical education subsequent, identifying the skills developed during the course in logistics through the application of questionnaires. The main results show that few graduates have developed some skills relevant to the job. It is hoped with this study that the training given by subsequent technical education runs in sync with the demands of the labor market.
