"Project management is an important topic for businesses to understand if they want to produce goods and services on schedule, within budget, and with value for stakeholders. However, undertakings are now more intricate, multifaceted, and transdisciplinary than before. To optimize project outcomes, risk management and communication management must adjust to this complexity. The relationship between project complexity, risk management, and communication is discussed in this article. In order to do this, a thorough analysis of the literature on the subjects of complexity, risk management, and communication management was conducted. This was followed by a suggestion for the relationship between complexity and risk and communication management. "
