"In recent years, the number of people with special needs, such as visual impairment, has been increasing significantly in educational centers, but the literacy rate of this segment of the population has decreased significantly. One of the main factors contributing to this problem is the shortage of qualified instructors to teach people to read and write in Braille and the lack of resources for literacy and learning of the system. In this current context, this work proposes the construction of the DTB (Dispositivo de Treinamento em Braille) and the Braille printer, controlled by the command given to the EEMI application. From the use of these technologies, it is expected that the number of people literate through the Braille system will increase and its integration into the pedagogical context."
