Questões de cuidado na formação de uma coalizão de design feminista

Esta pesquisa questiona a noção de interesse como a base ontológica das coalizões de design, principalmente, em movimentos de grupos sociais oprimidos, tal como as mulheres. Em contraste com a literatura sobre design para inovação social, a literatura feminista aponta para as questões de cuidado como elemento agregador de coalizões. Esta reconceituação das coalizões de design é necessária para evitar que uma iniciativa anti-sexista não se torne um instrumento do opressor. Essa reflexão surge a partir das experiências adquiridas em um projeto de design participativo que buscou amplificar vozes de uma comunidade de mulheres produtoras de café em uma região agrícola do Brasil. A experiência do projeto é sistematizada através do mapeamento histórico das relações de cuidado estabelecidas entre atores para gerar transformações nos ecossistemas em que estão inseridas.

This research questions matters of concern as the ontological basis of design coalitions, especially in oppressed social groups like women. In contrast to the literature on design for social innovation, the feminist literature points to issues of care as the aggregating element of coalitions. This reconceptualization of design coalitions is necessary to prevent an anti-sexist initiative from becoming a tool of the oppressor. This reflection arises from the experiences gained in a participatory design project that sought to amplify voices from a community of women coffee producers in an agricultural region of Brazil. The project's experience is systematized through the historical mapping of the caring relationships established among actors to generate transformations in the ecosystems in which they are inserted.
