"The demand for renewable energy has become fundamental in mitigating the impacts caused by climate change. The participation of structures based on microgrids is an important enabler for scenarios with limited energy production, but contrasts with scenarios of economic and social vulnerability. The aim of this study is to apply models based on clusters, focusing on collaborative energy production, based on an analysis of data obtained from the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), to compose groups and subgroups as an integral part of decision-making. This study can be used to implement public policies for sustainable energy production."
