Sistemas Nacionais de Inovação e Algumas Considerações Sobre as Empresas Multinacionais

SILVA, Leandro Alves ;

Artigo Completo:

This article assumes that national innovation systems (NIS) are at the same time a source of ownership advantages for multinational firms and a locational advantage for countries. From a database of administrative information (Orbis) on the largest global companies in terms of profit, revenue and number of employees, indicators are proposed that reveal the relationships and, especially, the connections that multinational companies can establish between the Innovation systems. Among the implications of the analyzes carried out, it is worth highlighting the existence of a privileged space for multinational companies to act as a projection of the concept of innovation system.
