"The National Council of Justice records qualitative data on the factor ofprocedural delay. On the other hand, the National Penitentiary Department Systemprovides quantitative data on incarcerated individuals. Thus, the need arose to analyzethe use of computational tools that could contribute to the procedural speed ofimprisoned individuals. A critical review of government data and scientific worksdeveloped proved adequate for analyzing this scenario. It was demonstrated that theBrazilian judiciary does not have specific projects to address imprisoned individuals.The development of a conceptual model using artificial intelligence to integrate millionsof processes, various variables, and systems could be a significant contribution."
