"Adverse effects resulting from poorly planned tenders can lead to delays in contracting, increased costs, and inadequate or low-quality contracting. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) can help identify and flag errors or defects in public procurement notices, thereby mitigating mistakes and sending alerts to the managers responsible for the bidding process. This research will be applied and exploratory in nature, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Data will be collected through bibliographic and documentary research, as well as a case study at a health science and technology institution in Brazil. The expected results aim to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of public procurement processes, thus reducing potential failures in the preparation of procurement notices. "
