"Adverse effects resulting from poorly planned tenders can lead to delays in contracting,increased costs, and inadequate or low-quality contracting. The use of ArtificialIntelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) can help identify and flagerrors or defects in public procurement notices, thereby mitigating mistakes andsending alerts to the managers responsible for the bidding process. This research willbe applied and exploratory in nature, utilizing both qualitative and quantitativemethods. Data will be collected through bibliographic and documentary research, aswell as a case study at a health science and technology institution in Brazil. Theexpected results aim to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of public procurementprocesses, thus reducing potential failures in the preparation of procurement notices. "
