"Safety is an essential factor in the handling of Hydrogen. Due to the hazardous properties of this gas, methodologies are employed to reduce the risks. In light of this, the aim of this work is to use the BowTie risk methodology in a PEMFC fuel cell system, Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell. This approach helps mitigate the potential hazards associated with this type of system. Through the application of the BowTie diagram in this study, it was possible to better visualize the potential risks of a fuel cell system and propose measures to mitigate these risks."
