This paper aims to develop a conceptual project for social relationship between an elderly person and his or her carer. By characterising the space, needs, wishes and relationship of an elderly person today, it was proposed an object that would envision three different demands in the same artefact. With the use of a Locket, the elderly user would have daily health care, medical attention and an interaction system with the carer through the necklace interconnection with a mobile phone, without the need of a face to face contact.
