Gesture-based showcase Görtz Shoes: a study of its gesture modules and task flow by Garrett''s elements of the user experience

This case study aims to evaluate the usage of gestural interaction in an interactive showcase designed for the company Görtz Shoes, in addition to catalog and analyze its gesture modules and task flow, relating them to the elements of user experience proposed by Garrett (2010). Nevertheless, the aim is to approach the case analysis to the concept of natural user interfaces based on gestural interaction, relating to how the showcase features could be translated into a user-system interaction more natural to use this new interaction paradigm. The case study aims to deconstruct the virtual showcase interface to think about the usage of gestural interaction in order to see if the user is in contact with a possible natural interface (Wigdor Andamp; Wixon, 2011).
