A gestão do design e o design thinkingdirecionados ao desenvolvimento de uma iniciativasingular no interior do Ceará: um experimentococriativo

This paper presents an account of the direction of the design attributes for the Luiz Gonzaga Museum,a space located in the Cariri Region, in the interior of Ceará. In the project, built from field research,we apply concepts and tools of design management, with the purpose of improving the experienceand the perspective of visitors regarding the institution. Among this tool of design, we diagnose andreport the innumerable design needs presented by the site and explore a co-creative process for theelaboration of the visual identity of the space, building it together with adolescents who work in theMuseum. For the construction of the work we are based on the collaborative approach of designthinking, in the work of authors such as Brown (2011) and Lupton (2013), as well as scholars in themanagerial field such as Mozota (2011).
